My grandmother has had Alerts911 for about 2 years and I don't know what we would do without it. She is 82 years old and lives alone. She has a tendency to fall and has fallen at least 3 times inside her condo. Each time Alerts911 got her help right away. She even pressed the help button once for an ambulance to take her to the ER due to chest pain. The EMTs arrived and took her there. She fell last week at a restaurant and thank goodness I was there for her. I just ordered the GPS device to add to her home system for when she leaves her place. This way I don't have to worry about her driving somewhere when I am not with her. Thank you so much for being there for us.

Our family researched several different emergency alert systems and companies for my wife's parents.
